About Faresay

Faresay exists because therapy in the UK is broken. Platforms that promise to connect people with therapists take up to 65% of every session fee — leaving therapists underpaid and clients overcharged.

We built Faresay on a simple premise: take 15%, pass the rest to the therapist, and charge clients less than they'd pay anywhere else. No subscriptions. No lock-in. Just therapy, fairly priced.

How we verify therapists

Every therapist on Faresay holds a current registration with BACP, UKCP, BPS, or NCS. We verify registration numbers directly before approving any profile. Credentials are re-checked annually.

Your data

We take mental health data seriously. Sessions take place via encrypted video. We store only what's necessary to run the platform, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
